Ring us up, tell us what you're thinking. Ruth and I will come visit, have a super nice chat, take some photos and some measurements from your site. Then in a day or two we will send you a digital render mock-up of what's possible and best fits your ideas from the photos we took.
Then if you like that, we will work up a quote. These quotes become the final price, and, unless it's your change request, any further adjustments to the price would come out of our end. So once we are at that phase, you can count on what we've quoted.
After the quote, we ask for a small deposit, usually 10-15%. We will come do a full survey and then we go to modeling phase. Once we've made the model, we will really have something to look at together. Once we all ok the model, we will then start to fabricate. From model to install usually takes about 2 months in real-life time. Generally property-custom RainShade projects run between 8-$15,000. Of course there are many factors, but that's the general range. That covers every thing to do with the job. As in, where once there was no shelter, now there is a complete and amazing RainShade.
