We are a working studio — and a fabrication shop. We work with art consultants, facilities directors, architects, and commissioning committees on installations for healthcare environments, academic institutions, corporate headquarters, and civic spaces.
First, a conversation about the space — ceiling height, structural attachment points, ambient air movement, lighting conditions, and the audiences. We will develop a formal proposal and maquette, move through engineering review and material specification, and carry the project through to installation and documentation.
We have to be selective about the projects we take on. If you are in early planning for a significant public space and kinetic work is part of the conversation, we welcome the inquiry.
Budget and timeline
Lead time from initial inquiry to installed work is generally 12 to 18 months depending on scope and site complexity. Permanent commercial commissions typically begin at around $25,000 and go up to around $200,000. Permanent residential works begin around $9,000. We are very happy to discuss range and feasibility in an initial conversation before any formal proposal is requested.
